After noise ordinance restrictions at Red Rocks in 2015 and Bass Center frequencies shaking the Mile High City last summer, bass music fans have been wondering what Colorado-favorite Lorin Ashton would have planned for 2017.
This week, the man better-known as Bassnectar revealed plans to return to Colorado for a three-night sonic experience that promises to pivot away from the ordinary.
Slated for July 7-9 at the 1stBank Center in Broomfield, CO, the run mid-summer shows dubbed “Freestyle Sessions: Colorado” aims to create a setting for musical experimentation. Direct from Bassnectar’s site:
