Another summer, another few months police desperately trying to hinder illegal raves.
Dyfed-Powys Police, which covers the areas Ceredigion, Carmarthenshire, Pembrokeshire and Powys in Wales, is telling farmers and landowners to keep their eyes peeled for ravers attempting to set up a party spot.
Much like the , they’ve highlighted that an unusual amount vehicles may indicate that a rave is happening.
Superintendent Robyn Mason said: “There is little doubt that these type events are very well planned, organised and that local knowledge is important in drawing down the main group to a particular ‘vulnerable’ field, or area land which has been targeted previously as a suitable venue.”
“I can assure local communities that police will take the appropriate action to deter illegal gatherings and deal robustly with any criminal fences discovered or disclosed.”
