Dekmantel is releasing a two quantity compilation comprised of traditional Djax-Up-Beats cuts this spring.
Described as, “prime picks from the Djax-Up-Beats vaults, circa ’90-’97”, the primary quantity will launch on February four. Spanning home and techno, it options eight important 90s tracks from the likes of Glenn Underground, Felix Da Housecat, Okay-Alexi Shelby, Ismistik (AKA Bjørn Torske) and extra.
“Dekmantel are proud to announce the re-issue of a number of the most era-defining trans-Atlantic, techno cuts from the early nineties, due to cult label Djax-Up-Beats,” the label clarify. “Founded in Eindhoven on the flip of the 90s, Djax-Up-Beats rapidly earned a world repute for being a key supply of Chicago home, acid techno, and floor-filling, heavy-hitting, straight up underground 12″s”.
The second instalment within the sequence is anticipated to launch in April. Both volumes shall be vinyl exclusives.
