Ja Rule‘s title has been tarnished since Fyre Festival went down, particularly in gentle of the latest documentaries on Hulu and Netflix. Despite all of the unhealthy press, the rapper has managed to maintain his profession afloat. He’s not about to surrender on music or his iconic pageant enterprise.
Most not too long ago, his movie star look throughout a Milwaukee Bucks halftime present proved to be a little bit… awkward… to say the least. The Bucks enlisted in Ja Rule for “’90s Night,” though Ja Rule reigned over hip hop within the 00s. “But my album got here out in ’99 so I assume that counts,” he jokes.
That’s not even the cringe half… simply wait…
In the viral video clip beneath, Ja could be heard yelling out “Are we prepared?” in an try and rally up the viewers. He repeats himself and the group falls silent. “I assume not.”
As some have identified, Ja could have been chatting with his DJ who missed the cue for “Livin’ It Up.” This idea is sensible contemplating there’s a protracted pause earlier than the music begins up.
In different bits of footage from the halftime present, followers appear to be having time, singing out the lyrics in unison. Giannis Antetokounmpo, then again, didn’t appear to pay Ja Rule any thoughts. He began warming up through the center of his efficiency.
You win some, you lose some.
