Jeremy Finlay, an artist that is worthy of love, accepts himself through his beautiful video “REASONS”. Coming from an artistic family, his talent runs in his DNA. With an angelic and soothing voice, he never disappoints to chill his audience with goosebumps.
The Emmy Nominated artist provides us with a hopeful music video to an extent that we can feel the love radiating from the clip. Footage of a pair running through a sunlit field is intertwined throughout the video. Though the clips are brilliant and warm in color, they are blurred and unrecognizable, emphasizing that while they are memories that the artist cherishes, they are far away and no longer present. In his own words, Jeremy explains, “We were lovers, who became lessons. ‘Reasons’ is a musical story experience meant to capture the hope of what happens when a love ends: we learn. To be bolder, softer, wiser, and more whole.”
The music video is magnificent on its own, but hearing him and seeing the video’s quality, with the violin selections and slow mo shots… Such a stunning combination!
