Tensions have flared in the streaming community as Kai Cenat confronts DDG for making a Streamer University diss track, giving the artist a 48-hour deadline to remove the content. The conflict stems from frustrations regarding the selection process for the 2026 edition of Streamer University, which has left several creators feeling slighted.

The drama began on Wednesday, July 8, when FunnyMike released a diss track titled “Undrafted,” specifically targeting the Streamer University initiative. DDG quickly followed suit with his own response, “Mike STFU,” which utilized the instrumental from Drake’s “Janice STFU” to take direct shots at both FunnyMike and the project itself. In the track, DDG raps, “Smoking on Live, I’m rolling up/If I smell Mike’s grill right now, I’m throwing up. If I get the address to that school, I’m showing up/If I see a clip and I ain’t in it, I’m scrolling up.”

In response to the provocation, Kai Cenat reached out to DDG via a phone call during a live stream. While DDG attempted to justify his actions by claiming he was merely following FunnyMike’s lead, Kai Cenat remained unmoved. “Forty-eight hours for the videos to go down, or it’s gonna get bad,” Kai Cenat warned.

The situation has only escalated further, as FunnyMike has since released another diss track, “I Hate Super Senior,” which takes aim at both the members of Streamer University 2026 and DDG. The lyrical sparring comes at a notable time for DDG, who recently sought to pivot by applying for Soulja Boy’s Rapper University event after failing to secure a spot in Kai Cenat‘s program.
