When asked about the possibility of a group revival, Quavo was direct about the future of the project. “We coming back. We’re going to do it one more time,” he stated during the interview. When pressed by Street to confirm if the group was truly reuniting, Quavo affirmed the sentiment, noting that the move is intended “for the people” and paid tribute to the late Takeoff by adding, “Long live the Rocket.”
The conversation also touched on the scope of this return. Quavo indicated that the group plans to approach this chapter with intentionality, suggesting that a concert tour is part of the broader strategy once he finishes his current solo obligations. “Oh, there’s more. There’s more,” he remarked. “We gon’ do it right. We’re going to tour. We’re going to do it right.”
Speculation regarding a potential reunion has been building for months. In May, social media activity from the group’s official channels showed Quavo and Offset together in the studio, with the pair sharing photos that hinted at ongoing collaborative work.
