The Sandy Springs Police Department believe they have in custody the suspects connected to a series of celebrity home invasions, including significant figures in the Atlanta Hip-Hop scene.

Law enforcement announced that they have detained and arrested four individuals they believe have been attempting to rob the houses of some of the Peachtree city’s most elite A-listers, including Gunna, Marlo Hampton from the hit Bravo series, “Real Housewives of Atlanta,” one of Future’s children’s mothers.

Officers believe the suspects are all gang members and target “high profile entertainment, sports or social media figures.”

According to WSBTV, the alleged perpetrators were scooped on Sunday, July 17th, by the SSPD as they attempted a home invasion at a townhouse where one of Future’s baby mothers lives.

Sgt. Matt McGinnis said the department monitored the star’s ex’s house and “got lucky.”

“We got lucky, and we got it right,” he said. “And as we targeted them, they came on scene. Both a foot chase and a vehicle chase ensued, and we were able to take four people into custody.”

Three were immediately taken to jail, and one moved to the hospital because he jumped out of the moving car as they tried to escape.

The police believe that these same thugs are responsible for at least 15 home invasions over the past year, including a recent burglary at YSL rapper Gunna’s DeKalb County home.

While Gunna was locked up, one residence connected to the “Drip too Hard” rapper was robbed — leaving the community on high alert.

According to the sergeant, two people have been identified as the masterminds of the home invasion operations.

He said while Kenzel Walker is a member of another gang, he worked with this particular gang to flawlessly plan out the burglaries. Walker has since been arrested for an Albany murder and charged for his role in some Sandy Springs home invasions and being a part of gang leadership.

Now the department is searching for the other key person connected to these crimes; Jeremy Caldwell., AKA J-Roc.

J-Roc is accused of being a ringleader of the gang and is wanted for 33 charges. The Sandy Spring home invasions only make up a portion of the crimes.
