The testimony provided a rare, inside look at the events that transpired at a Los Angeles gas station, where the primary objective was allegedly to target Quando Rondo.
When questioned by the prosecution regarding his decision to cooperate with the FBI, Jam was blunt about his motivations. “I had to get it off my chest. I saw the opportunity,” he stated, according to reports from journalist Michael Blackshire. He characterized the execution of the plan as “sloppy,” noting that the presence of individuals who were not intended targets complicated the situation. “In my eyes, he was innocent.
